We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graphics Designer 

Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual designs across multiple platforms: social media, websites, newsletters, advertisements, packaging, and event materials.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines and visual identity across all company assets.
• Translate strategic marketing objectives into innovative, on-brand design solutions.
• Take ownership of end-to-end design processes; ideation, conceptualization, iteration, and final execution.
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, web, product, sales) to align creative concepts with business goals.
• Manage multiple design projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, technologies, and design standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a graphic designer in a professional setting or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative projects and your contribution to them—portfolio submission is mandatory.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and similar platforms.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for both digital and print mediums.
• Ability to effectively present ideas and take constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational and time management skills—able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Added advantage: Motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX design capabilities.

Salary
N250,000 - N450,000 monthly.
