Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by selling products/services to new and existing clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of sales principles.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications: Relevant sales certifications, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), are an added advantage.
